DK Mobility

Frequently asked questions

What we usually cover on the first call, answered so you can read at your own pace.

How long does setup take?

Most merchants are approved within one business day. Equipment typically ships within 3–5 business days, and your dedicated rep walks you through every step of the setup process — from connecting the hardware to your first transaction.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No. No contract, no cancellation fee, no early termination charges. You stay because we earn it each month — not because you're locked in.

What does "100% pass-through interchange" mean for my bottom line?

Card networks charge interchange fees, typically 1.5% to 3.4% depending on the card type. Many providers mark these up — sometimes by another full percentage point or more. We pass them through at cost. The savings depend on your volume and card mix; your free statement review will show you exactly what you would save compared to your current provider.

What card processors do you work with?

We hold direct relationships with all major card processors. As an independent sales organization (ISO), we match each merchant with the processor that fits their business — not the only one we're allowed to sell. That's the difference between an ISO and a captive sales agent.

Do you serve businesses outside of Florida?

Yes. DK Mobility is based in Orlando, FL, but we serve merchants nationwide. Equipment ships anywhere in the U.S., and our 24/7 tech support is available wherever you are.

Can I keep my current POS hardware?

In most cases, yes — we work with a wide range of payment hardware. Tell us what you currently have and we'll confirm compatibility. If your existing equipment isn't a fit, free terminals are included as part of any new agreement.

How does the DK Mobility POS differ from Clover?

The DK Mobility POS is purpose-built for nail salons — turn management for technician rotation, salon-specific workflows, and tailored reporting on tips and commission. Clover is best-in-class general-purpose hardware for restaurants, cafes, and retail. We carry both, as an Authorized Clover Reseller, because different businesses need different systems — and we'll recommend the right one for yours.

How is WebNails related to DK Mobility?

WebNails is our sister company — same legal entity (WebNails & DK Mobility LLC), same Orlando office, same team. DK Mobility handles payments and POS; WebNails handles websites, online ordering, digital signage, and graphic design for the salon and restaurant community.
